Thats right, ActiveKB now comes with DevEdit NX so everyone gets to benefit from having a truly awesome cross browser WYSIWYG editor with integrated Spell Checker. Existing customers, grab it from the client area.
Apart from adding DevEdit NX, this release fixes a few minor bugs, heres a rundown.
- Fix for downloading attachments on Windows servers.
- Fix for displaying the menu for users with edit/delete comments permission.
- Fix for categories displaying – instead of -. To fix this you need to edit the category name after upgrading.
- Users without the make visible permission can no longer make a question visible by changing the visibility on the edit question screen.
- Remove set_time_limit calls so we don’t get the warnings under safe mode.
- Don’t show a question as a popular question if it’s in a category you haven’t authenticated for.
- Don’t search in categories you haven’t authenticated for.
- Fix a bug that may have prevented the view count for a category from updating.
