We’ve spent most of the day working on important updates to the client area. The main thing existing customers will notice is the new and more streamlined way in which submitting a support ticket works.
The support request form has been stripped back and the process has been broken down into 3 steps instead of one big form. We’ve also implemented our knowledge base into the support ticket system even further using ActiveKB and some custom coding.
What does this mean to you? Well, it means that it’s even easier and quicker to find answers to your support questions. We’ve also separated the install request form from the support form so it’s easier to submit an installation request as well.
