Today we’ve added a new checkout module to our soon-to-be-released shopping cart and ecommerce software, Interspire Shopping Cart. You can now accept your customer’s credit card details from your web site, and then process their payment offline using an EFTPOS terminal or other manual payment device.
To enable offline credit cards, you just tick the Credit Card (manual) checkout method on the Settings -> Checkout Settings page:
When your customer places an order and chooses the manual credit card payment method, here’s the form they see:
From the control panel you can then see the credit card details right alongside the order. They are encryted in the database using MHASH’s blowfish routine which is an industry standard 256 bit encryption algorithm:
The manual credit card payment module will be available from this Friday as part of the Beta 1.4 release. You can of course pre-order Interspire Shopping Cart at the discounted pre-release prices and receive the Beta release immediately, which is now stable and fine for production use.

Our merchant has the facility to upload a .CSV file to process the credit card transactions.

I can add it to the feature list for consideration in a future release, however I can't promise it will be in a specific release as it depends how many other customers also need this feature.
