ArticleLive NX.0.4 - Bug Fix Release

Hey all,

This release is mostly just bug fixes and a patch for a security issue we found this morning. The release for this version was brought forward due to the security fix needing to be released. Due to this release date change, there are a bunch of features I wanted to get into this release that I haven't been able to include. If time permits, I will get them into another version to be out soon. Here is the changelog:

include the new CatPass column for categories

Fixed bug: Access would be denied for admin users trying to download article
