ActiveKB NX2.5.0 is out now

After working for quite a while to get utf-8 support working in ActiveKB, I've finally be able to release a version that has it in it. Now on the settings page you can choose between iso-8859-1 which was the defacto standard before and utf-8. Hopefully it will let our many non english speaking users use ActiveKB much better than before.
As well as the utf-8 support, lots of other bug fixes are included in this release. Here is the list of the main changes. For full details see the docs/changelog.txt included in the zip file.

- The database settings on the settings page are read only now
- Fix a problem with database passwords with a $ in them
- Searching now will search subcategories the user has access to as well. Also the categories that you are searching in are remebered between pages of the search results.
- Switch over to using the api to delete a submitted question. No longer creates a category association if no category is chosen. Fix an issue that was causing searching by category in the backend to display results from all categories
- Fix a couple of problems with the windows template without search engine friendly urls being on
- Move the total number of votes up next to the ratings title to make it clearer that it isnt a number for a specific for or against number
- Now you have the choice of character set between utf-8 and iso-8859-1
- Include a link to the public area and control panel when notifying that a questions has been rated as unhelpful.
- Add link tags for the rss feeds to the head of the templates
- Include the question title when notifying a subscriber that a question they are
subscribed to has been modified - Change the file format to prevent double spaced emails being sent
- Send private caching headers so that the user can click back and have the page load up
- Use the GetUrl function to generate links (fixes a couple of problems with search engine friendly urls being off in the Windows template)
- Keyword search will now split up the searching by word and search for each word. Also words that have been searched for will be highlighted in the results as well as when you view the question. Also the summary show in search results will be of the context of the words that were searched for rather then just the start of the answer.
- Display the author of a question when viewing the list of questions and when
viewing the history of the changes for a question. - When upgrading, set the default value of fields since they can be lost in some
instances. - Fix some layout issues in IE7 with the edit user form
- Enable email on unhelpful rating by default at install time
- Enable fulltext searching by default at install time
- Fix a javascript error when hiding a help tip in some cases
- Fix an issue with a questions title overlapping itself for a question with a
long title - Rename a variable to avoid a problem if sending mail within a loop
- Add rel=nofollow to print, send to a friend, add to favorites links etc
when viewing a question - Refactoring to avoid including files unnecessarily in the control panel
- Fix a javascript error with submitting a question when the wysiwyg is disabled
- Fix a couple of typos which were preventing category associations from being removed when deleting a category
- Fixes for creating a question without the approve permission
- In some cases questions in restricted categories could end up on the most recent or most popular lists even if the user didn't have access to them.
