SiteCenter NX 1.2 Released

Hi everyone,
Fulvio and I (mostly Fulvio - I just helped test the bugs) have spent the last few weeks working on a minor update for SiteCenter. The update includes numerous fixes and patches and is a recommended update.

The change log is shown below:

SiteCenter NX 1.2 (Released 23rd March 2007)

- Fixed content disappearing on changing a template
- Fixed editing files on sub directories
- Fixed Autologin when Remember Me is selected
- Fixed menu showing after admin user has logged out
- Fixed the persistent template message in admin problem
- Fixed account quota management - admin not being able to edit users when on limit.
- Ability to specify default page
- PDF files are opened in new window
- Better way of editing .PHP files
- Problems caused by extra files and folders in modules folder
- Fixed picking up incorrect files/folders for hidden folders
- Fixed the link path on the Link Manager
- Fixed sync between sequence and users tables
- Fixed crashes from jumping from the front-end to the back-end
- Fixed defining a temp filename under windows does not work
- Fixed create folder problem: invalid path

Upgrade Instructions

To update from NX 1.0 or 1.1 please follow these steps:

1. Login to the client area and download the NX 1.2 files
2. Download your SiteCenter NX config file from your server in the admin/includes folder. Back it up to your desktop
3. Upload the new SiteCenter NX 1.2 files over your old NX files
4. Reupload the config.php file to the admin/includes folder that you backed up in step 2 above

That's all there is to it. If you are still running SiteCenter 2004 please read the docs/upgrade.txt file in the SiteCenter NX zip file to upgrade to SiteCenter NX 1.2.
