What do you think of our ActiveKB demo videos?

Hi everyone. Just wondering if you've had the chance to look at our ActiveKB demo videos? We posted them up about 6 weeks ago when we updated the ActiveKB portion of our site however we were so busy we forgot to blog about it.

There are three videos in total and they run for a few minutes each. Mitch recorded them on his PC:

Really simple but very powerful. I wonder how many websites have this built in as standard? Not many...
Also, how much service time will this cut out saving the client £1,000's, great job.
