Hi Everyone,
Would just like to announce the release of ActiveKB NX2.6.
As well as fixing a range of different bugs, this release also introduces the new stats interface and the highly requested embedded template system which means changing the look and feel of your Knowledge base to match your website or company branding is as simple as adding a URL to a page header and page footer.
On top of that we've made changes to the frontend templates so that comments are now entered within the context of the question page. We've also introduced the ability to view the reasons why end-users have marked an article as unhelpful. This will help improve your knowledge over time.
Keen observers might also have noticed how we've changed the term 'Question' to 'Article' throughout the backend of the application. Due to the varied usage of ActiveKB as a customer support tool, document manager, company intranet or employee training tool, we felt that an "Article" suited the different needs better.
One of the ideas we're considering is the ability to specify different content types for different Articles, then having the frontend behave accordingly, for example creating an FAQ or a Document and so forth.
Stay tuned as we're working towards more features in the coming months.
You can download it from the client area, if you have any questions or problems please post a support ticket.

I agree with comment above your software is awesome but I would like to see the different modules/software work better together. I would like to see specifically ArticleLive KB work together.
Thanks |

Would like to see ability to embed this into ArticleLive as a page. I am using ArticleLive, KB and SendStudio on my site. It gets a bit messy trying to tie them all together. I also had feedback from some of my customers that it's hard to navigate the site.
