This is an excellent opportunity for an extremely talented graphic web designer with at least 2 to 3 years experience to join a fast-growing, web application software company.

Here's what you really need:

• Specialization in Web design and Web technologies
• Excellent knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Javascript
• Ability to convey ideas and design concepts through the development phases of a project
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• A self motivated and pro-active attitude
• Strong attention to detail

Here's what we'd like but is not essential:

• Development experience in Javascript and PHP
• Experience using Flash and Actionscript
• Tertiary qualification a bonus but not essential

Due to strong growth in this software company, your role will include a variety of graphic design work; you'll be responsible for the design and production of the company's web based software, ecommerce website, corporate collateral, client websites.

As you will be the lead in-house designer for this software company, you'll be responsible for various creative works.
