Interspire Knowledge Manager (Formerly ActiveKB) v4.0 Released

After months of development, today we're officially announcing the release of Interspire Knowledge Manager v4.0, our #1 best selling knowledge base and FAQ software. The product has a host of great new features (such as quick editing while browsing your public knowledge base, export to PDF, new templates and the ability to copy articles), has undergone a complete name and identity change, including the new Interspire control panel design that we're rolling out for all of our products.
We've also completely redone the website with a lot more information on features. The online demo has also been updated to v4.0 and is a great way to get to know the product if you're new to it. Pricing and licensing have also been changed to allow for more flexibility. Our licensing is now based on a per-user limit (users being the number of staff that can login and update your knowledge base), ranging from 1 user to an unlimited number of users. Notes for existing customers
If you're an existing customer you can download Interspire Knowledge Manager v4.0 immediately from the client area. Because older versions of the product didn't include per-user pricing, all customers have been automatically upgraded to the 20 user license. You can get your new license key from the client area to use for the upgrade wizard.
