Interspire SendStudio NX 1.4 Released

Published March 12, 2008 by Mitchell Harper

We've just pushed the NX 1.4 release of Interspire SendStudio live. New features in this release include:

  • Campaign tracking through Google Analytics
  • Export subscribers to an XML file
  • Improved performance when sending through an external SMTP server
  • View the click thru rate for each email campaign sent
  • Search for subscribers across multiple mailing lists
  • Printing and exporting of statistics reports
  • Re-send a campaign to those who didn't receive it the first time
  • Search for none of the following when filtering by custom fields
  • Full XML API integration
  • Improved interfaces for importing, exporting, spam keyword checking, etc
Existing customers can already download Interspire SendStudio NX 1.4 from the client area. To upgrade, backup your existing admin/includes/config.php file, upload all of the 1.4 files to your existing SendStudio directory and then re-upload your config.php file. The upgrade wizard will start automatically.

One of the biggest features which we've been testing internally for months is the new XML API, which we already use to allow integration between Interspire Shopping Cart and SendStudio. We will of course post more about this next week, when the Interspire Shopping Cart website goes live.

We're now hard at work on Interspire Email Marketer v5.0, which is the new name for SendStudio. This pushes SendStudio in line with our other products in terms of the name change and new control panel interface. We're excited about the new features we'll be adding over the coming weeks, which are all based on customer feedback.
