**PHP/MySQL Technical Support Whiz for Fast Growing Web 2.0 Software Company** (Austin)

We're looking for a LAMP and WAMP guru to provide email-based technical support to customers from our Austin, Texas office. If you're passionate about PHP, MySQL, Linux, MTA's and have excellent communication skills then we need you!

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience (expert level)
- 3+ years of PHP and MySQL experience (expert level)
- 2+ years experience with Linux system administration
- 2+ years experience with Windows system administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to "go the extra mile" to help customers
- Fast typing speed

Position Responsibilities:

- Provide email-based technical support to customers on a daily basis
- Liaise with our development team to report and log bugs
- Troubleshoot technical problems remotely using FTP/SSH
- Provide a rapid response time to all technical support inquiries
- Ability to learn quickly and use knowledge to solve problems efficiently
- Achieve customer satisfaction through fast, accurate replies and fixes to problems
- Escalate unresolved issues as required, maintain ownership of issues through to resolution
