Licensing Terms
Your Interspire Email Marketer license grants you the right to install and use a single copy of the software on one single server under the following conditions:
- All licenses allow for white-label customization to match your brand.
- You can modify the software as needed, except for Interspire’s licensing system, which cannot be altered, bypassed, or reverse engineered, or any variation thereof.
- Your purchase includes 12 months of email support and software updates. After this period, maintenance can be renewed for continued updates and assistance.
- Your License cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Your license is a perpetual software license for the version purchased or updated during your active support period and is locked to the licensed domain.
Enforcement: Unauthorized distribution, resale, or use beyond the licensed domain may result in license revocation and legal action.
