How to Upgrade to Interspire Email Marketer 5.5
If You Already Have Version 5.0 Or Above and a Valid Support Contract
Follow these steps to upgrade to Interspire Email Marketer 5.5 for free:
- Interspire Email Marketer 5.5 has new system requirements. You need to make sure your web server can run the software BEFORE you upgrade. To check your web server for compatiblity, download this file to your computer.
- Rename the file to "iem55_compatibility_check.php" and upload it to a web-accessible folder on your website. Run the script in your web browser to determine if your web server can run Interspire Email Marketer 5.5.
- If your web server does not meet the minimum requirements you will not be able to upgrade. In this case we recommend asking your web host if they can upgrade the software on the server to meet these requirements or if that is not possible, moving to a web host who meets the industry-standard requirements of Interspire Email Marketer 5.5.
- Assuming your web host does meet the minimum requirements to run Interspire Email Marketer 5.5, simply login to the Interspire client area and click on the "Download Products" link in the menu on the left.
- Click on the Interspire Email Marketer product with the 5.5.x version number to start your download.
