Interspire Email Marketer Upgrade Policy

An upgrade is a major change in a product denoted by a new version number (e.g. version 1.0 to 2.0). An update is a minor change in a product denoted by a tenth release made available within the same version (e.g. 1.0 to 1.1) or a hundredth release made available within the same version (e.g. 1.01 to 1.02).

With each copy of Interspire Email Marketer purchased:

  • Any updates released for your initial purchased version are free, assuming you are within your maintenance period which was selected when you purchased.

  • If you own an older release, you can buy the newest software release at a special upgrade price.

  • When downloading the latest version from our web site, the software will check your software key to see if your version is eligible for the free update or special upgrade price.

  • If you do not renew your maintenance period and it expires, you will need to purchase another product license at retail price to receive the latest version and renew your support contract.

Example: You buy Interspire Email Marketer 5.0. Therefore, you are eligible to update to Interspire Email Marketer 5.01 or Interspire Email Marketer 5.1 (free update). You may not upgrade for free to a future release of Interspire Email Marketer 6.0 or higher.

You can only upgrade or update to the newest release available on our Web site.

How do I check what version I have and when my support period expires?

Go to the pricing page and click the "Upgrade Pricing" tab. You will be asked to enter your existing license key, which you can retrieve from our client area.

How can I be notified before my support period expires?

You will be sent a reminder email 30, 7 and 1 day(s) before your support period is due to expire, with a link which you can use to further extend your support period.

How can I be notified about new releases?

Subscribe to the Interspire blog or join our newsletter list to be notified when new versions of Interspire Email Marketer become available.
