Remove "Top Help Articles" from Admin page

Hi all,

When I login to the admin panel, the "Top Help Articles" in the bottom right seems to time out and causes the whole admin system to hang.

Is there anyway I can remove this panel and whatever requests its sending out.

Open admin/includes/whitelabel.php. Search on "LoadPopularHelpArticles and change the setting to "false".

I am having the same problem with Top Help Articles, takes a minute to load, causes major delays, is it pulling info from somewhere else? I'm going to get rid of this and see if that fixes it....glad to see someone else is having the same problem

Admin home page still taking 1 minute to load, which is totally unacceptable..at least the useless top help articles is gone
