Add a poll to default.html

Hi I would like to add a poll with the file name of poll.php into the right hand colunm alone with the other panels. I dont know much php but have read a small bit about php include.

Could anyone help with giving me any guidance on doing this. The Poll I am useing is called Advanced Poll 2.
