How can I brand PUBLISHER?

Hi,
I have set a demo, but all carried links from interpire, I want to private lebel the software before sent it to clients, I went to this link provided but found is meant for old Publisher.

My Publisher I downloaded is "Interspire_Website_Publisher_5_NFR-5.0.7"
Please I need step by step on how to completely brand the software.

Below are options are want to effect:

Product name: My businessname CMS
Changing the Control Panel "Powered by":
Changing the Control Panel Logo: remove the logo entirely
Allowing Template Purchase: set it to false
Disable the download of new template
Hide Statistic Sending:
Hide the Interspire Email Marketer Settings Tab
Disable the External Help System: Disable it
Disable the Interspire other product listing
Disable the Version Check: disable it
Change the Template Guide: Point it to anywhere I wish
Change the location of the change log: point it to any part of my site
Change the Interspire Website Publisher upgrade guide location: point it to any part of my site
