Paypal going round in circles?

Hiya,
I've added the paypal express checkout to my store, but when you click the button, it just reloads the cart.

the form action is directing it to checkout.php but it still just reloads cart.php

any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

What version are you on. Mine is working fine on 4.0.10
