A Quick Word
Hi everyone,
This month both Mitch and I have written a couple of articles that we hope you find useful. Mitch's article "Looking at Your Web Site From Your Customer's Perspective" points out that it helps to stop once in a while and really look at your web business from an outside perspective. I've also tried to answer a common question I get asked frequently and that is "What is the best subject line to use in an email campaign?".
The SendStudio NX beta was launched this month and is currently being tested by a selected
group of our customers, the SiteCenter NX beta has been tested and when Mitch finishes the documentation shortly the release version will be launched.
Our ArticleLive customers will be happy to know that we've cleaned up the ArticleLive template system and will be releasing an update shortly with a few new tableless CSS driven templates that will be extremely attractive as well as easier to modify and change.
This will be the final issue of our newsletter for 2006 and
we will be closing for the holidays. Both of our offices will be
closed from the 24th December 2006 until the 4th January 2007.

Signing Out For Now
It's such a relief for Chris and Ed to have the SendStudio NX
beta out the door as we've been getting way too many
"When is SendStudio NX going to be released?" emails :)
Many of you have asked for better end-user documentation for SiteCenter NX, so
I've written 46 pages of documentation in the last 4 days and
have about another 30 pages to go, so it's going to be one
detailed end-user guide. This should make your users happier by lowering the learning curve.
We're also putting together an easy to follow email marketing pre-send checklist
(similar to the one we use internally) that can help you with your own email marketing efforts.
We'll let you know when this is ready so you can grab your copy.
For now, we're going on a well deserved holiday - we hope you are too!
