Hi everyone,
We're only into the second month of the year and already
we're flat out. ArticleLive NX 1.7 was released today, SiteCenter NX released 2 weeks ago, ActiveKB NX 2.5.0 last week, and SendStudio NX is *almost* here! So I guess you won't mind that todays newsletter is a few days late :)
We've recently hired two new team members to help with
support and development. Scott will be working with Chris to
support our SendStudio customers, and Fulvio will be working
with Mitch on SiteCenter. Welcome to the
team guys! Speaking of our products, did you notice that we now offer
payment plans for most of our products? Payment plans are a
great way to purchase any of our products with a small initial
outlay. If you're working on a site for a client and need any of
our products then our payment plans might be just what you're
after.
Finally, you may have noticed that we've added live chat to
our product pages. It's staffed by Mitch, Allan and I, and
operates during Sydney office hours for now (GMT+11), however
we're in the process of setting it up during normal US business
hours too, so if you have any questions about our products don't
be shy - send us a live chat request :)

Signing Out For Now
I hope you enjoy the articles Rod and I wrote for this issue of
our newsletter. The article about treating your customers like
friends was an easy one to write because it includes the tips we
use every day when dealing with our customers. There's no need
to treat your customers like numbers when there are so many
great advantages to treating them like friends.
