Hi Everyone!

Well, it's been another hectic month at the Interspire HQ. Rodney's almost done with ActiveKB NX and we're looking to have a public beta available for testing within 2-3 weeks. He's also written a great article about using CVS for version control for all you web developers that are curious about CVS.

I've just released a fairly major DevEdit update which you can download from our client area. The update includes a few bug fixes and some new features, such as inline spell checking, visual drop down menus, support for custom tags and automatic image resizing in the media manager. I've also added a page to our site about our dedicated customer support philosophy. You can read it here.

Mitch took a well earned break from product development last Friday and implemented some split testing into our web site. If you have any experience with split testing, then make sure you read (and contribute to) his forum post: "Interspire.com and split testing".

  What I struggle with in the corporate world is finding a balance between character and revenue. I think it intimidates many to weigh ethics against making quick cash the old fashioned way: by using vague or misleading marketing tactics.
  
  Somehow your awesome team of professionals accomplish what has intimidated so many entrepreneurs in the past. Somehow you are everything the customer wants and that only seems to work to your favor. I haven't found a purer example of this except in Proverbs.
  
  I have tried all your products, compared them to everything in the known market, and your product line stands tall; far above the rest. This is what keeps me buying. In the future I intend on buying your whole product line a lot more regularly.
  
  I am ecstatic, to say the least, about your NX line.
  
  I could go on and on about how proud I am to consider Interspire MY brand... not that I have the pleasure of working for you, but to simply own Interspire web software makes me feel like a man. It makes me feel like I can finally compete with 9 out of 10 of the leading Fortune 500 companies. And that is why I will buy anything you sell.
