Welcome to the October 2005 issue of the Interspire newsletter.

We've been quite busy as of late with our latest release ArticleLive NX, which Jordie has done an amazing job on. See the what's new page for details.

If you already run ArticleLive on your site, then download the upgrade from your client area now, its got 2 new templates and a whole range of new features.

Starting with this release, all our product releases will end with the NX extension.

For this issue of our newsletter, I've written an article that explains how you can use web directories to improve the search rankings of your web site.

On top of all this, the new DevEdit is moving closer to a beta release, and we're also well over half way into the development of both SiteCenter NX and SendStudio NX, as well as a new product which we'll keep under wraps for now.

Using Web Directories to Improve Search Rankings

• 30 Second AJAX Tutorial - We use AJAX in ActiveKB 2005 and have AJAX functionality integrated into SendStudio NX and SiteCenter NX. If you don't know about AJAX, here's a 30 second primer tutorial.
• Archive.org - Go back in time and view snapshots of your favorite web sites over a period of time.
• Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) - Learn all about accessibility, including how to make a web site accessible for the visually impared.

  Hi all, I've just made it so posting comments on the blogs requires you to sign up for an account.. We were still getting too much comment spam so without changing the whole tool we can't do much else...

Another month, another newsletter out the door to our 50,000+ subscribers. As we always do at the end of the year, we've got our heads down and are focused on releasing an update for every single product by December 31st.

I'm personally focusing on SiteCenter NX and ActiveKB NX. Chris is working hard on SendStudio NX and Ed is finalizing the development of DevEdit NX. Last but not least, Jordie is working on WebEdit NX and we have a few other products that will be released early into next year.

We've also got our new sales team in the U.S. working hard to answer all of your phone calls and pre-sales emails too.
