Introduction If you’re active on
our blog you already know we made plenty of changes recently in the design and direction. As with our software, there’s always plenty of excitement around a new release. So far the feedback and the momentum have been phenomenal around upcoming releases of Interspire Email Marketer 5.5, Interspire Knowledge Manager 5.1 and soon thereafter Interspire Website Publisher 5.0.
How Our New Blog Benefits You We have plenty in store to help elevate the blog to magazine and resource status — your online source for hardcore marketing intelligence. Our blog redesign started as a creative brainstorm session about three months ago. The question on our minds was
"In addition to our software products, how can the Interspire team help you grow your online business?"The answer we came up with was simply
“by providing marketing intelligence connected to our product's capabilities”.While how-to tutorials are important to quickly and easily learn about our products, we also wanted to offer thoughtful content on how to improve and grow your business.
If you own and use our software, we can help you improve your odds at making money as an online marketer by showing you how to fully access and unlock the potential of these products.
We decided
the blog would be the best vehicle. Here's my welcome video from last week explaining the changes to the blog and what you can expect from us going forward:

We want to offer insight into our products and the industry, and just provide extraordinary, free content that’s valuable to a great percentage of our customers.
Of course, we’d love to attract a large community of readers. Over time, perhaps we can contribute something meaningful to the web and to the global conversation on ecommerce and online marketing.
The Bigger, Stronger, Faster, Bloggier, Blog Visit us online (or subscribe to our
RSS feed,
YouTube channel or
Twitter feed if you don't like blogs). We’re adding new content almost daily. In time, you’ll explore the entire gamut of business and academic articles covering topics for online marketing professionals.
You'll discover video tutorials, in-depth articles, interviews, case studies, industry news, rants, the behind-the-scenes peek at Interspire and much, much more.
So, yes, we have modernized our blog. It’s far "bloggier" with all the blog-like features activated. For example, we’ve switched to
disqus-powered comments, so you can track and follow replies to blog posts you like and also leave video comments to share your opinion. I love that!
We think you'll like it and we hope that you’ll join the conversation.
To give you a better idea of our new blog’s content, here are some of the recent posts:
Masthead and Frequency My job title here at Interspire is user education manager. So obviously I’m excited to share with you all the cool aspects of our products — and often through the blog I get to be first to reveal news and insights from our software development teams. They have some very cool surprises in store for you and all our customers.
I’ll be blogging for you most weekdays. Based on the initial feedback, many of you would like to see more short video tutorials on how to use our products with tips and tricks, so we’ll cover every topic we can think of and then begin again alongside new product releases.
As with our products, the blog will be shaped by your feedback, so please leave us your comments and opinions. Let me know what you’d like to see for future posts.
Stay Connected to our Blog Updates Part and parcel with the new look and feel, we have numerous options to stay connected. Here are some ways you can follow our progress:
