Introduction
Hi everyone. A lot has happened at Interspire since our last newsletter went out, so today I wanted to give you a quick update on some new and exciting things which are currently taking place, including our new office, improved technical support services, product updates and more.
Our New Office in Austin is Now Rocking and Rolling!
Our new sales and support office in Austin, Texas is now fully operational. The office is located on level 9 of Stonebridge Plaza and we're in good company with both Google and Micorosft having offices in the same building, as well as Oracle in the identical building next door.
Our new Austin office holds 35 employees comfortably and gives us enough room to continue on our recent hiring spree. If you're in sales, marketing, development or technical support and are looking for a fulfilling career then take a look at our

5 New Support Staff, Phone Support Coming Soon
We've recently expanded our technical support team with 5 new recruits who are dedicated to resolving your support tickets as quickly as possible.
You'll be glad to know that our time-to-resolution on all tickets across all products continues to drop, and as our new recruits finish their training and on boarding programs we expect time-to-resolution to drop even further.
While we're on the topic of technical support, we're also in the final planning stages of introducing phone-based technical support from our Austin office which will further improve the fast resolution on technical support issues. We'll post more about this on our blog shortly.
Hosted Interspire Shopping Cart On Its Way
Our development team has been busy working on the hosted edition of Interspire Shopping Cart, called Big Commerce. Similar to
Big Response (the hosted version of Interspire Email Marketer), Big Commerce will allow any non-technical user to create a fully-featured online
store in just a few minutes and without having to worry about uploading files, etc.

Sneak Peek: Interspire Website Publisher 5.1 (Coming Soon)
The 5.1 update to Interspire Website Publisher is coming along quite nicely and isn't far off. This will be free for existing customers and includes quite a few useful features, such as custom feedback forms, photo galleries and event calendars. I've included a few screen shots for you below:
