What's New in SiteCenter NX?
SiteCenter NX is the result of months of dedicated product development and testing. Our customers have told us the features they'd like to see in SiteCenter, and the NX release includes all of those features and more, as listed below:
  • SiteCenter NX offers a completely self-contained site building and editing service. It's just as easy to add a page to a web site as it is to edit, copy, rename or delete a page.

  • Option to restrict the number of pages a user can create with the site builder. By default this is unlimited.

  • Automatic signup via PayPal. Users can fill out a form, enter their FTP details and make a payment via PayPal to sign up for your site building service. You set the price and choose when they pay: for example, weekly, monthly, etc.

  • User accounts are tied to a plan, which defines how they can use SiteCenter, including file editing restrictions, whether or not they can signup automatically using paid signups, how many pages they can build with the site builder, etc.

  • Users can add dynamic content to their web sites with SiteCenter's new modules. For example, with just a few clicks they can add a fully functional contact form to their web site that will automatically email them the visitors details and comments/questions.

  • Create reseller accounts which can login and manage their own end-user accounts. You can assign a specific number of user accounts to each reseller, which they can then configure and manage for their end users to build their web sites.

  • SiteCenter includes over 100 professionally designed ready-to-go web site templates for anyone looking to create their own web site including small businesses, educational institutes, families, sporting groups and tradesmen.

  • Templates can be automatically downloaded from our private label template repository and added into SiteCenter with the click of a button. You can also add your own templates in minutes by following our step-by-step template creation guide.

  • All SiteCenter templates include dynamic menu creation which is handled automatically by SiteCenter. For example, when your customer adds a page, the page is automatically added to the navigation menu for every page on his web site.

  • Mass email your customers quickly and easily using SiteCenter's built-in bulk email utility. This is a great way to tell your customers about new templates or special offers.

  • Detailed usage statistics give you a birds eye view of your site building solution. Stats include details on user accounts, popular templates and popular modules.

  • With one click your customers can quickly and easily change the template for their site if they aren't happy with it. All pages will automatically be updated for them with no additional work required.

  • Your customers can add pages to their site and easily re-order the appearance of pages on the navigation menu. A page can have an optional parent page and when this is the case the site's navigation menu will automatically be turned into a drop-down menu, compatible with all modern web browsers.
