If you are receiving an error in your Admin Control Panel where your help articles used to be (on the home page of the Admin Control Panel) that looks something like this:
---- begin error ----
Warning: simplexml_load_string()
[function.simplexml-load-string]: Entity: line 1: parser error
---- end error -----
then it is most likely an issue with your whitelabel.php file and more specifically it is probably because you have set the HelpRSS url in your
admin/includes/whitelabel.php to a page that doesn't exist
If that's true, just change it back to
http://www.interspire.com/support/kb/rss.php?c=86&t=popular.
