To allow Website Publisher to function properly you will need to contact your web hosting provider and request they remove the block on these functions. Simply send them the error message, and ask if they can fix the issue.

If your web hosting provider is not able to, or not willing to remove this block, please consider switching to a new provider that provides a fully functional PHP environment.
