Interspire Product Knowledge Base

Before installing any Interspire product, we recommend checking to make sure your web server is 100% compatible and configured. To do so, follow these simple steps:

1. Download our compatibility check script here
2. Unzip the file (using Winzip or a similar tool) to your desktop
3. Upload the extracted check.php file to your web server's main directory (such as /httpdocs or /htdocs/www) using an FTP program (such as Filezilla, free)
   
4. Run the script in your web browser (such as http://www.yoursite.com/check.php)
5. The compatibility check will be performed and you will see a yes/no answer with details
6. When you're done, don't forget to delete the check.php script from your web server
