How to clear Website Publisher's cache

Website Publisher 5.0 uses a robust caching system when displaying front-end content. This can mean that some changes in the control panel or to RSS feeds do not immediately take effect. You may see old content on the front end of your site persist for up to several hours after minor changes are made.

Please note that in most cases the cache is cleared automatically for you, but if a display issue persists you should try clearing this cache to see if it is corrected.

The cache can be cleared by taking the following steps:
  1. Open your Website Publisher 5.0 Control Panel
  2. Navigate to the Settings -> Miscellaneous Settings section
  3. Locate and click on the "Clear Cache..." button
  4. Confirm that you want to clear the cache by clicking OK on the confirmation dialog
You should now receive a dialog stating that your cache has been cleared.

Please lodge a technical support ticket if you are still having issues with content display on the front-end of your website.
