If PHP and or MySQL are not installed or configured correctly on your dedicated server then we can generally point you in the right direction to get them fixed / installed using free information available on Google.

If you really need our help -- we prefer not to do this unless it's absolutely necessary, as our techies are extremely busy as it is developing great applications -- then please contact us.

We charge $175 USD per hour and require shell or VNC access.

If you are hosting with a web hosting provider, then this is something they will be able to take care of for you or you can host with one of our web hosting partners.
