Yes. Even though SiteCenter includes a powerful template-based site building wizard, it can also be used to edit yours/your clients existing HTML-based web sites. You can simply disable the site builder from the control panel and SiteCenter will function purely as a web site editor. No additions or code changes need to be made to your existing site or HTML files for them to work with SiteCenter.
