Interspire Website Publisher uses search engine friendly URLs, and to do this it requires the use of ISAPI Rewrite.

It can be found at: http://www.isapirewrite.com/

There are two version available, a lite (free) version and a full version. It is up to your host which one to install, either will work. The difference being that the lite version only allows a global set of rules, while the full version can have a set of rules for each virtual host.
