The size of your email (images if you are embedding them and the text content of your email) will take up a certain amount of bandwidth. This will be multiplied by how many contacts you send to.
This means that if you have 100 users and send them an email that is 10k in size you will use 1000k in bandwidth. If you increase either the size of your email, or the size of the contact list, or both you will use more bandwidth.
You can reduce the bandwidth by either not embedding images or by reducing the file size of the images.
Interspire Email Marketer will automaticly resize larger image width and heights to what you set in the Settings page to help you in restricting file size.
