There are a few reasons why this may be happening if you are sure that your cron is set up correctly.

• Your host may have some third party software that detects any jobs that are running for longer then a set amount of time.
  
• Interspire Email Marketer will try to increase/remove the timeout limit set in PHP. If you are running in Safe Mode or your ISP has disabled this function then Interspire Email Marketer will not be able to do so and you will start to timeout.

To determine if you have this functionality disabled you will have to upload the attached file to your server and run it via SSH.

You will have to talk to your ISP to determine if they are running any such third party applications.
