We reply to each and every email we receive as fast as we possibly can. Depending on your timezone (our development and support happens in our Sydney office, GMT+10) you can expect to receive a reply within 1 to 48 hours time. On average, 95% of emails are responded to within 24 hours on week days.
If you have not received a reply from us, first check that you received the automated email that's sent to you when you post a support ticket. If you haven't received that email, then there's something wrong with your email and you're not receiving our emails. Also check that you've whitelisted the interspire.com domain and that you can receive emails from us.
