This is most commonly an FTP problem that your FTP client didn't completely upload some files.
If upgrade seems to have been completed successfully (All of your information is displaying correctly but images are not showing the new ones) simply backup your admin/includes/config.php, upload all the new files again and then re-upload the admin/includes/config.php and everything should be fine.

We upgraded our SendStudio from 2004 to Interspire Email Marketer but we are noticing some of the images for the admin interface did not update correctly.
