The navigation menu is created automatically.

1. When you create a new page, you define:
   a. a page name (which will be on the navigation menu)
   b. a parent page (which will place the page under a previous menu item)
   c. if the page should not be shown on the menu (only on NX 1.3 and newer)
   
   Then, after the page has been saved, all the other HTML files will receive the new menu.
   
   
2. Using the Site Options (on the File Manager, icon is a hammer and a wrench)
   Here you can redefine the parent page order, which will place the parent pages on a different order on the menu.
   
   
3. When editing a page, you can change the Parent Page.
