With each built-in template, there are a number of colour variations. Each colour variation has it's own stylesheet located at /templates/{your template}/Styles/{colour}.css

You can copy one of these and rename it to the colour you wish to create. This way, you can then edit the colours within that stylesheet (in Hexadecimal format, #RRGGBB) to suit your needs.

This colour will then be a part of the drop-down list on the settings page within your Interspire Website Publisher control panel.
