If you get the following error message when trying to connect to login to SiteCenter, you will have to contact your server administrator. The error message is:

An error occured while trying to login to your MySQL database: User [your_mysql_user] already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections


You can send the following letter to your server administrator.

Dear Server Administrator

I am using a program called SiteCenter on your server and I need my MySQL users to be able to connect to the database concurrently.

The error message I receive is:
An error occured while trying to login to your MySQL database: User [your_MySQL_user] already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

Could you change these settings for my MySQL users?
