Interspire Product Knowledge Base

The Date Joined field shows the date when the customer created their account in your store. By creating an account, people who visit your store can:

• Place orders from your web site
• Send and receive messages using Interspire Shopping Cart's built-in order messaging system
  
• View their pending and completed orders
• Download files attached to digital products (such as eBooks or reports)
• Add, edit and delete entries in their address book
• Create and maintain their own unique wish list
• Update their contact details
• View a list of items they've recently viewed

If you've imported your customer list then the Date Joined field will be the day on which the import wizard was run.
