On the View Customers page you'll notice a list of letters along the top of the page, like this:



Clicking on a letter will show a list of customers whose Last Name starts with that particular letter. For example, if you click A then only customers whose last name starts with A will be displayed in the customers list. To get back to the list of all customers simply double click on the Customers tab in the control panel's menu.
