Yes. To email one of your customers directly, follow the steps below:

Double click on the Customers tab to view your list of customers
If you're trying to find a particular customer then use the customer search feature instead
You'll notice that each customer is displaeyed along with their email address
Click on the email address of the customer you want to send an email to
Your default email program (such as Outlook or Hotmail) will launch with the customer's email address already added in the To field
Type your email and send it as normal
