How do I disable an existing coupon code?

To disable an existing coupon code and stop it working in your store, follow these steps:
  1. Click the Coupons tab and choose the View Coupons menu option.
  2. All coupons that are enabled and can be used in your store (assuming they haven't expired) will appear with a gree tick  next to them.
  3. Clicking the green tick will disable the coupon code. It can no longer be used in your store.
  4. You will notice that the green tick has turned into a red cross , indicating that the coupon code is disabled.
  5. You can click on the red cross to once again enable the coupon code, making it usable from within your store once again.
