Yes. There are two different ways to disable coupon codes in your store, both of which are explained below:

Delete all coupon codes - The first way is to simply delete all existing coupon codes that you've created. To do this, click the Promotions tab and choose the View Coupons menu option. Click the first checkbox in the left column to select all coupon codes and then click the Delete Selected button. As long as you don't create any new coupon codes, they will be disabled in your store.
Disable all coupon codes - The second way is to disable all coupon codes. See this article for more information on disabling coupon codes.
