Interspire Product Knowledge Base

The details of people who filled in the newsletter form from your store are saved in one of two places, depending on whether or not you have integrated Interspire SendStudio into your store.

If you have Interspire SendStudio integrated into your store then the details of your newsletter subscribers are automatically saved into the mailing list that you specified from the Settings -> SendStudio Settings -> SendStudio Integration tab. There's nothing more to do, and all new subscriber's details will be added to your mailing list.

If you haven't integrated Interspire SendStudio into your store, then you can still download your mailing list as a .CSV file, which can be opened in Microsoft Excel or any text editor. To download your mailing list, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Promotions tab
2. Choose the Export Email Subscribers menu option
3. Follow the wizard to download your list of subscribers as a .CSV file
