To configure a shipping module simply follow these steps:

Click the Settings tab and choose the Shipping Settings menu option
Under the Shipping Settings section you will see a list of shipping methods, like this:
To enable a shipping method, simply click its checkbox in the list
Click the Save button to enable the selected shipping methods
You will now see a list of tabs for each shipping method you have selected, like this:
You now need to click on each shipping method's tab to configure that method
After you click on the tab, you will see a list of instructions which will help you create an account and integrate the shipper into your store if required
After you've configured all of your shipping modules, click Save
You can also click the Get Shipping Quote link on each shipping method's tab to test the live shipping quote system
When you've configured all selected shipping methods, the warning on the home page of your store's control panel will go away
