How can I set the shopping cart so that only US addresses can buy products?

To setup your store so that only people from a certain country/countries can buy from you, follow these steps:

Click the Settings tab and choose the Shipping Settings menu option
Under the Shipping Settings section you will see a list of Available Countries. Any countries you tick here will be allowed to purchase from your store.
By default -- All Countries-- is ticked, however you can untick that option and choose one/more countries for which you only want people to be able to buy from
For example, if I tick United States and then click Save, only people who enter a shipping address in the United States will be able to buy from my store
People from other countries will see the message "Unfortunately we don't ship to your country. Please choose another shipping address and try again."
