If author pictures are not displaying on individual articles, check that the author picture is selected for the article's teaser image.You can do this by editing/creating an article and going to the 'Advanced Options' tab. At the top is the 'Teaser Image' section. Ensure this option is selected: "Use the author's image as the teaser image"
