Where can I find unbranded user guides that are not in PDF format? Are the user guides completely customizable?

You can retrieve the unbranded user guides by logging in to your client area (www.interspire.com/clientarea ) and clicking the "Userguides" link on the left menu. There you will find the userguide for this product in Microsoft Word format. The user guide can be rebranded to match your corporate look and feel so feel free to make as many changes as you require..
